Development of the Reakt360 Platform That Was 100% Successful

In today’s world, the speed of interaction with emergency services — such as the State Emergency Service, police, military, or medics — plays a key role. Situations occur where any delay can be too costly. This has led to the emergence of more and more digital solutions that allow for urgent communication with the appropriate departments and provide, if not an immediate response, then at least guidance on what actions to take.

Reakt360 is one such platform that offers help to those who need it — at any moment. Moreover, the team is developing several areas of the system simultaneously, so it can be integrated into most infrastructure solutions or even function as a customer service tool.

This is the project that BuildApps specialists worked on for several months. More specifically, they developed a landing page that generates leads and promotes the brand’s services.

Features of the Reakt360 Concept

The client came to us with a rather unconventional task. Namely, with a request to develop a platform-landing page for a project that literally unites everyone. Yes, that’s not a typo. The idea of the startup is to provide solutions for instant communication and collaboration between government agencies, businesses, and even ordinary users — in all possible variations.

In other words, the portal helps find the right contacts, bypassing bureaucratic, geographical, and other obstacles. At the beginning of our cooperation, it was just a concept, although supported by test practical cases. However, only a limited number of people knew about the development, and the platform’s debut was scheduled for one of the prestigious IT exhibitions in Dubai. Spoiler: the product took off and received a strong flow of investment — partly thanks to the fact that the presentation resource was developed by the BuildApps team.

A Platform for Emergency Communication

So, Reakt360 is a system for instant and barrier-free communication and collaboration between completely opposite parties. Simply put, with the help of the product, one can:

  • Directly call emergency services to the scene.
  • Record and broadcast the course of various situations in real time.
  • Receive qualified assistance remotely to mitigate the negative consequences of the incident.

But this is only a brief description of the functionality. In reality, the solution includes various subsystems and directions intended for different user groups. It is also a kind of SaaS that can be easily adapted for use in business, social organizations, and more.

It looked promising, so the platform needed a striking representation — this became the foundation of the collaboration between the owners of Reakt360 and the BuildApps team. The main tasks were:

  • Creating an optimal UI/UX design.
  • Developing a professional, modern, and impactful visual presentation for the website.
  • Separate pages for different directions (military, civil, healthcare, business, etc.).
  • Integration of an admin panel to manage content without involving developers (CMS).
  • Adding lead generation elements.

A key requirement was the combination of a modern interactive interface with a serious visual and informational presentation on each of the planned screens. Judging by the large number of positive reviews from potential investors and project clients — we did an excellent job. And above all, thanks to a professionally structured development process.

When You Work with Enthusiasm and Faith in the Value of the Platform

So, we were faced with the task of developing a landing website and adding traditional administrative functionality to it. There were no problems with the technical implementation, as we chose probably the most suitable tech stack for this solution. Namely:

  • React for implementing the frontend and the visual part of the site.
  • Strapi (Headless CMS) for backend development and integration of website management tools.
  • Google Cloud Platform for file hosting and interaction with the site’s subsystems.
  • Azure DevOps – CI/CD for iterative deployment of the product, its testing, and approval.
  • WhatsApp for communication with the client in text, audio, and video formats.

The main challenge of the project was the visual part, since the client wanted something serious enough, but at the same time modern, with bright UI/UX solutions. Several iterations, prototypes with experiments, hours of communication and approvals — all to offer the client the ideal he was striving for. It was challenging, it was difficult, long, and at times unclear. But ultimately, it was completely successful.

Summary

The landing website turned out excellently. Yes, at the international exhibition in Dubai, potential investors and clients highly appreciated both the functionality of the platform and the design of the resource. So the client's quick success is our success as well. And if you thought this case reflects the entire experience of cooperation — no, it doesn’t. Work is currently in full swing on other tasks from the Reakt360 owners. So in the future, you will learn more about some of the projects we have developed.
