Our Client
taschner.biz is a German company engaged in the design, development, and implementation of software solutions that optimize and automate existing business processes for various companies.
The tasks at Hand
At the start of our work with the company, they already had their own website that needed to be expanded and updated to a more modern look.
The first task was to create a design for the company's profile website, taschner.biz. The second task is to make a website based on our design. The main requirement was to develop a highly flexible website that allows the client to edit all content, including headlines, images, colors, etc. This flexibility for editing was necessary, so that our client could update all content independently without relying on programmer services.
Our Solution
The workflow followed the Agile approach within the Scrum framework. The entire scope of work was divided into sequential iterations, after which we held demo meetings with the client to demonstrate the completed functional parts.
The Gatsby framework was used for project development. It is built on the JavaScript framework React, allowing fast and efficient static websites to be created. Using Gatsby, we developed our own component system that dynamically builds pages based on data received from the Strapi backend.
The server-side rendering (SSR) approach enables search engines to fully index the static and dynamic pages of the website, thereby speeding up their searchability on Google.
The component system was implemented using the CMS Strapi. Strapi is a ready-to-use content management system that allows for creating and managing website content through an API.
This system allowed us to achieve maximum flexibility and quickly adapt the website to various needs and requirements. Most importantly, our client gained complete independence since using the CMS Strapi does not require the involvement of a developer to modify the content, it can be changed independently at any time.
Open Graph tags were added to optimize the display of pages on social media platforms. They allow for customization of the appearance of information shared on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
A contact form was created, enabling users to submit cooperation requests to the company.
The CookieYes plugin was integrated into the website, providing a customizable banner with a consent request for storing user information in cookies. This allowed compliance with GDPR, CCPA, CNIL, and LGPD requirements.
Google Analytics was added to the site, enabling tracking of visitor information.
Links to social media platforms were included.
The website is responsive and adaptable to any device, including mobile phones, tablets, and desktops.
